The latest rumors around the industry are that Source Interlink is laying off 115 employees and killing off Sport Compact Car Magazine. First Turbo Magazine, now SCC. Sport Compact Car has been a favorite of many people, owing to its more technical aspect of coverage from the sport compact industry. The Ultimate Street Car Challenge has been one of the best "real world" tests published in any magazine. SCC has been getting thinner and thinner over the last few years, and it is getting more and more difficult to find. Wonder what the next victim of Source Interlink will be?

Nooooooooo! Not too many techy/geeky sport compact magazines will be left.
NOOOOO! There won't be much in terms of a techy/geeky magazines left for the sport compact community.
All of us at EvoXForums.com are very upset at this news.
I can't fathom as to why such as successful mag would be axed.
It is very upsetting to see one of the most informative magazines fall, but it has been getting smaller and smaller as time went on, it seemed almost inevitable
As the first Editor of Sport Compact Car magazine, I am truly sorry to hear of this. It was a good run while it lasted!
